What: Our annual pre-holiday dinner with WG’91 classmates in NYC.

When: Friday, November 6th from 6 – 9 pm

  • 6-7 pm cocktail hour (not included in package)
  • 7-9 pm dinner

Where: State Grill & Bar, Empire State Building, 350 Fifth Avenue @ 34th Street

Cost: $92 per person for food and beverage (including house wines, beer, etc. during the 2 hour dinner) including tip/tax

Prix-Fixe Menu:

First Course:

  • Chef’s Garden Baby Greens
  • Shaved seasonal vegetables, apple vinaigrette OR
  • Caesar Salad marinated anchovies, rustic croutons, Parmigiano reggiano

Second Course:

  • House-Made Cavatelli confit tomatoes, ricotta, basil oil OR
  • Skuna Bay Salmon squash, white corn, basil oil OR
  • Roasted Farm Chicken roasted potatoes, mushroom, shallots

Third Course:

  • Honey Poached Pears, muscat zabaglione, citrus tuile OR
  • Blackout ’77 seven layers of devil’s food cake & chocolate custard, malted milk candy, malt ice cream

Beverage Package:

  • House wines (including red, white and sparkling), beer, sodas, iced tea, lemonade, regular/decaf coffee, hot tea, and juices
