What: Our annual pre-holiday dinner with WG’91 classmates in NYC.
When: Friday, November 6th from 6 – 9 pm
- 6-7 pm cocktail hour (not included in package)
- 7-9 pm dinner
Where: State Grill & Bar, Empire State Building, 350 Fifth Avenue @ 34th Street
Cost: $92 per person for food and beverage (including house wines, beer, etc. during the 2 hour dinner) including tip/tax

First Course:
- Chef’s Garden Baby Greens
- Shaved seasonal vegetables, apple vinaigrette OR
- Caesar Salad marinated anchovies, rustic croutons, Parmigiano reggiano
Second Course:
- House-Made Cavatelli confit tomatoes, ricotta, basil oil OR
- Skuna Bay Salmon squash, white corn, basil oil OR
- Roasted Farm Chicken roasted potatoes, mushroom, shallots
Third Course:
- Honey Poached Pears, muscat zabaglione, citrus tuile OR
